Black cat, Fairfax VA, October 2010

This big black boy is a HART foster, his owner passed away he and his brother were in the foster care. He accidentally knocked a screen out of the window of his foster home. Lost Himalayan Cat, Silver Spring MD November 30, 2011

Kitty tends to be shy with strangers.  He apparently snuck out the front door when his owner ran to the car. Tufts of fur were recovered outside the house.

Notes on the recovery.... 

Chewy ran a track we had a walk up find about 1/4 mile away.  Generally the dogs do not get a walk up find on a healthy cat.  We were just lucky that he hid under a porch that was accessible.  I spoke to several people in the area that are dissatisfied with canine tracking services.…

Elderly Springer Spaniel, Eldersburg Area

PLEASE watch for this old girl.  She gets confused.  The owners have worked with almost every canine resource in the area. They have consulted with animal communicators, they have had their posters redone by a graphic artist.  They are desperate for word of their dog.

lost cat Siamese mix, 1 year old male RECOVERED

Lost for about 56 hours.  He was found in a shed that was previously searched by the cat's family, and searched nearby with a tracking dog.  

The value of getting the message to the community so that the owner gets a call when someone sees the cat.  

this was a one year old male that has never left the yard.  We did run a nice track into a nearby neighborhood.  At one he is still a little young to assume he will never leave the yard.  Unless you are outside with your cat at all…
