Percy came back!!
Percy showed up at our back door 9 days after missing! We think he may have been in a storm drain in front of a neighbor's house. Anyway, he none worse for wear, and ate like a pig!

- I was keeping Percy until a new home could be found for him because his former owner's son had allergies. He's an indoor/outdoor cat, and I was letting him out for brief periods to get acclimated to the area. My husband let him out by mistake with our other 2 cats early in the morning before I got up for work. By the time I woke and called for him, he didn't respond. I don't know if he is trying to get back home, but it's on the other side of town in Catonsville.
